The McIver Lodge
is our lodge this year
2019

Accommodations include a comfortable lodge with kitchen and 4 bedrooms, that can accommodate 4 people in each room. We are also offering space for families to bring their own personal tents if the dorms fill up, or if they are only two people and would prefer not to share a doorroom. Families bring their own bedding. Due to the size of the event, families usually need to share accommodations.

The price, $225 per adult (before August 1st), $175 children ages 6-17, and babes 0-5 years old are free, includes the stay at the camp and vegetarian meals (breakfast and dinner).  Families bring their own lunch and snack fixings.  To encourage an atmosphere of cooperation and to keep the price down, everyone participates in presenting activities and workshops for each other (optional), cooking, cleaning up after meals, and cleaning the site at the end of camp.

Deposit, Late Fee & Refund Policy: A $50 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required (refunded if we do not receive required registrations).  If you cancel your registration before August 1st, you will be refunded all but $50 per person.  After August 1st, there will be no refunds. A late fee of $25 per family will be assessed for payments (including balance payments) received after August 1st.

Oregon Chautauqua is a non-profit organization and does not discriminate on the basis of religion, creed, race, color, gender, or national or ethnic origin.

Hope you can join us.
